Our homes & cottages are as open, airy, and light-filled as the Maine outdoors. Every feature, from high ceilings and gourmet kitchens to each intimate detail, has been carefully designed.

The aesthetic of traditional Maine architecture is the core of the design. Interiors offer open floor plans. The master bedroom is on the main floor and energy-efficient construction techniques are a priority in these year-round homes. The limited 34 homes are sited to maximize views and privacy. There are spectacular water views from most homes from indoors as well as the "outdoor living rooms" - screened porches with fireplaces.

Benefits of home ownership include:

• Access to resort amenities: 1,250 feet of shorefront with 3 docks, sailboats, kayaks, saltwater pool, tennis courts, fitness center, spa treatment rooms, and waterfront restaurant and bar
• "Lock and leave" living with all exterior maintenance provided. Owners' Association services include landscaping, grounds and exterior building maintenance, garbage collection, and ice and snow removal
• Available staff to help with handyman jobs, getting boats in and out of the water, etc. And for that special occasion or an evening when cooking just seems too much, the restaurant will deliver a catered dinner. For your convenience, the resort staff will arrange housekeeping services.
• Option of putting your cottage in a rental pool managed by the resort
